Within 7 Days: If you discover a manufacturing defect within 7 days of receiving your product, we will gladly facilitate a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
After 7 Days: For requests made after the initial 7-day period, a one-time shipping fee will be applicable for returns or replacements due to a manufacturing defect.
Please ensure the product is in its original packaging and in the same condition it was received. Contact our customer support team, and they will guide you through the process.
